Refund and Billing Policy

1. Monthly billing

Orqira subscriptions are billed monthly per seat via Stripe. Your billing period starts on the date you first subscribe. Each month, the subscription auto-renews and your payment method is charged at the current seat price.

2. No refunds for partial months

We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No credit or pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Orqira billing portal. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after the period ends.

4. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge. You will receive an email notifying you of the failed payment. If the payment remains unresolved after a 7-day grace period, your subscription will be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

5. Exceptions

Refund exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a billing error, a service outage, or another exceptional circumstance, contact us at billing@orqira.ai with a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
